The Wine

We constantly search for wines by vintage and reason tha compliment our menu and provide value and quality to our patrons. We also offer a nightly, by-the-glass, selection so that you may explore the different and the new.

The Drinks

Whether it be a traditional "Manhattan" or one of our Infusions we reach both the past and the experimental. Whether it's our Double Double Desert in a Glass coffee drink or a French 75 from the first world war.

The Space

Built in the late 1800's the Bad Art Bistro has been a funeral parlor, a toy store and God knows what else throughout it's life. The Bad Art Bistro serves as gallery for well-meaning but poorly executed art in a place where you, your family and friends can be comfortable and remember what dining should be.

Simply fantastic food in a place you do not expect. This place is as good, if not better as any high class restaurant located in a major city. Went here today with a bunch of colleagues and was very pleasantly surprised. This is one of the places in St.Joseph that brings great hope for a small Midwest city... Anyway, I recommend you visit this restaurant, you will not be disappointed.

The food was the best I have had in St. Jo. The place does not advertise and was a pleasant surprise. My family and I were very impressed with entire meal and service. It's just as good as high end restaurants in Kansas City or Chicago. We are looking forward to our next visit. Finally a great place to dine out.
